We offer a 14 day return window starting from the day your order arrives.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition
- The watch box and all protective packaging must be included
Non-returnable items:
- Items worn, damaged, scratched or altered
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you want to swap for another model, contact us and we’ll help arrange it.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
